Our early childhood classrooms foster curiosity, creativity, and community. With small class sizes and highly engaged teachers, students experience a learning environment built around connection and exploration.

Early Childhood Program Classrooms

At our center, we support your child’s growth at every stage with nurturing environments, hands-on learning, and age-appropriate development. We offer separate classrooms for one-, two-, three-, and four-year-olds (VPK). Each classroom maintains a low teacher-student ratio with two lead teachers and additional support staff throughout the day. Our approach emphasizes play, community, and curiosity—helping each child build confidence and joy in learning.

Infants

Our infant classroom provides a warm, nurturing environment where even the youngest children are respected as capable, curious individuals. Rooted in a child-led philosophy, our teachers observe and respond to each infant’s cues, allowing natural rhythms and interests to guide the day. We believe in the power of hands-on learning, offering rich sensory experiences that support brain development, motor skills, and emotional growth.

Outdoor play is an essential part of our daily routine. Weather permitting, infants spend time outside each day—tummy time on blankets under the trees, exploring natural textures, or simply watching the movement of the world around them. These early experiences with nature foster a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors.

Our classroom is a calm, inviting space that encourages exploration and connection. Through intentional environments and responsive care, we support each infant’s sense of security and wonder as they begin their journey of discovery.

Two-Year-Old Classrooms

Our two-year-old classrooms center on language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. Teachers lead children through thematic units and engaging circle times that spark curiosity and connection. Creative play and hands-on exploration are key elements of the day. We also work closely with parents to support important self-care skills, such as hand-washing, dressing, and potty training.

One-Year-Old Classrooms

In our one-year-old classrooms, the focus is on building trust, exploring the world through the senses, and developing early communication skills. Children engage in sensory play, songs, and simple daily routines that help them feel secure and stimulated. With two lead teachers and support staff, each child receives individualized care and encouragement as they begin their learning journey.

Four-Year-Old Classrooms (VPK Program)

Our VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) program prepares children for a successful transition to kindergarten. The curriculum, provided by the Early Learning Coalition, is adapted into weekly thematic units that help children explore the world around them. Students begin to develop phonological awareness and number sense through playful, hands-on activities. They get messy, ask big questions, collaborate to solve problems, and fall in love with learning. VPK class runs from 9:30am–12:30pm, with optional wrap-around care available for families needing extended hours.

Three-Year-Old Classrooms

In the three-year-old classrooms, children continue to develop early academic skills while building strong foundations in cooperative play and critical thinking. Lessons are rooted in thematic, play-based experiences that encourage imagination, communication, and problem-solving. Each day includes morning meetings to build community and outdoor play sessions to support physical development and social connection.
